She was predeceased by: her parents, Freda Cairns (Othen) and Bob Cairns; her aunts and uncles, Mac, Lil Cairns, Alex, Maureen Campbell, James Kevin Cairns and Pat Cairns; and her father-in-law Bill Adair.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Cowan (Brian), Jennifer Schafer (Brian), Sandra Garrett (Trevor), Robert Adair (Kerrie) and Karen Venaas (Chris); her grandchildren, Justin (Hayley), Andrew (Aliesha), Matthew (Courtney), Blair, Teigan, Saffra, Ryder, Sidnee and Devin; her great grandchildren, Alianna, Isabelle, Malia, Miah and Allyssa; her siblings, Eileen Dunham (Grant), Tom Cairns (Laureen), James Cairns (Kim), Lorraine Fidelak (John), David Cairns (Cindy) and Barb Cairns; her mother-in-law Betty Adair; her aunt Kay Cairns; her uncle Keith Othen; and her husband Gerry Adair. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Moosomin & District Healthcare Foundation - Palliative Care, in memory of Pat.
