He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Schlack and Evelyn Schlack; and his brother Dwayne. He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel, Nicole and Natasha; his grandsons, Darius and Daemyn; and his brother Curtis Smith. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and brothers.
