He was predeceased by: his parents, William Storoschuk and Michalena Storoschuk; his siblings-in-law, Peter Chubey and Kay Storoschuk; and also, John Chubey and Helen Chubey.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Dave Kubas (Linda), Rick Kubas (Jennifer) and Jo-Ann Kubas (Lonny); his grandchildren, Ryan (Nicole), Jarred, Dustin (Jesse), Derrick, Kara (Brandon) and Jane (John); his great grandchild Jones; his brother Peter of Mike; and his sisters-in-law, Anne Kyrzyk (Peter), Adam Chubey (Claudette), Walter Chubey (Jan) and Luba Chubey.

Flowers are gratefully declined and if so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
