He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Stephanie; his brother Nick; and his siblings-in-law, Nellie and Tony.
He is survived by: his sister Nettie Kostiniuk; his nieces and nephews, Darcie Watson (Tom), Randall Tomczuk, Terry Kostiniuk (Sandra) and Gail Tomczuk; and his great-nieces, Breanne and Shayla Kostiniuk.
There will be no luncheon due to COVID-19 regulations, and the family would ask that if you are attending, to please respect social distancing and to wear a mask, if you so choose.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
