Roger Swirski Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roger Swirski (Selkirk, Manitoba), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 7, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Roger has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Swirski and Walter Swirski. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Swirski; his daughter Kathleen Michaluk (Jordan); his granddaughter Brooklyn; and his brothers, Lorne Swirski (Sandra) and Allen Swirski (Joy). He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Health Sciences Centre Foundation or the Winnipeg Humane Society in Roger's memory.
