He was predeceased by: his parents, John Spuzak and Gloria Spuzak; and his brothers, Andy and Tim Spuzak. He is survived by: his daughter Valerie; his grandsons, Trey, Jesse and Matthew; and his siblings, Phillip (Donna), Daniel (Fabienne), Steve and Esther (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
