He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Colles and Wilma Colles; his brothers, Nick Colles and Bill Colles; and his nephews, Wesley McRae and Cody Colles.
He is survived by: his wife Lise Colles; his children, Blair Colles, Brooke Colles (Troy Byzuk), Kristy Donald (Richard Warren) and Ashley Donald; his friend Shelly (Tim Wright); his grandchildren, Cody Donald, Sequoia Mayo, Zyrah Mayo and Colbie Byzuk; his siblings, Anne (Ken Jacobson), Jean (Rick Stadnyk), Dora (Kerry Fedorchuk), Debbie (Gary McRae), Rosie (Terry Kashuba) and Ed (Cheryl); and also, Tasha, Derrik and Rick. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
