It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Williams (Selkirk, Manitoba), born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on January 19, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Williams and Sabina Williams; his sisters, Mary Starosilec and Marjorie Milord; and his nephew Michael Starosilec.

He is survived by: his wife Elaine Williams; his daughters, Leslie O'Shaughnessy (Bob), Laurel Carpenter and Lynne Williams; his grandchildren, Jenna Ostrowerka (Thomas), David O'Shaughnessy, Michael Carpenter, Patrick O'Shaughnessy (Blakeley) and Ryan O'Shaughnessy; his great grandchild Audrey Ostrowerka; his nephew Ron Starosilec (Leslie); and his nieces, Janice Hodkinson (Larry), Shannon Forgie (Rob) and Allison Brule (Glenn). He is also survived by children, grandchildren and friends.
