He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Laraine Benjamin (Ernie), Janet Sheppard (Albert), James Kidd (Sharlene) and John Kidd (Tonja); his grandchildren, William Benjamin (Dayna), Mary-Jane Feeke (Craig), Allan Sheppard, John Sheppard (Maryam), Emma, Alexandria, Ceilidh and Jeffery Kidd; his great grandchildren, Silas, Cooper, Emily, Preston, Yazdad and Ashkan; and his wife Mary Ellen Giroux.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Knox Presbyterian Church (341 Eveline St, Selkirk, MB R1A1N1).
