He was predeceased by: his wife Violet; his brother Ronald; and his parents, Algot and Solla. He is survived by: his children, Nadine Russell (Gary), Darren (Laura) and Ernest; his grandchildren, Candace (Chris), Cory and Taryn; his great grandchildren, Madeline and Ivan; his brother Lorman; and his siblings-in-law, Dale and Hulda. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
