She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Hieke and Frieda Hieke of Saxony Germany; her sister Gertrude (Karl); and her son Walter. She is survived by: her children, Angela, Margita, Annette, Charles, Peter and Gwen. She is also survived by children, 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
