She was loved and cherished by many people including: her son Ron Banash; her parents, Paul Hnatiuk and Nettie Hnatiuk; her siblings, Sam, Anne, Mike and Ross; her husband John Banash; her son Grant Banash (Rachel); her granddaughters, Zoey and Molly Banash; her niece Christine Ateah; and her nephews, Paul Hnatiuk (Susan) and David Hnatiuk (Mary).
