He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Thrale (Tim) and Lorena Thrale (June); his in-laws, Walter and Janet Scoular; and his sister-in-law Cynthia.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Thrale; his daughters, Cyndy (Barry), Lorena (Bob) and Theresa (Bill); his grandchildren, Brittany (Brenden), Breanna, Austin (Larissa), Dayna, Jorja, Scott (Carena), Shawn, Mike (Haleigh) and Michelle (Anthony); his siblings, Bob (Elaine), Rick (Shirley), Roger (Louise), Jeff (Janine) and Carol (Gord); and his siblings-in-law, Edith (Tony) and Tom. He is also survived by his 7 great-grandchildren.
