He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Sumner and Oliveena Sumner; his son Aaron Houle; his siblings, Allan, Lawrence, Karen Sumner and Josephine Sinclair (Isaac); his stepchildren, Shanika Steele (Dillon) and Shantel (Duston); his stepgrandchildren, Rhyeem and Lamar; and his friend Carol Missyabit. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren.
