He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Petersen and Kirstine Petersen; his sister Herdis Lindblom; his grandson James Carter; his brother Harry Petersen (Maureen); his nieces and nephews, Erik (Desiree), Rodney (Carmen), Kurt Petersen (Jana), Donna Henderson (Kim) and Lois Lindblom; and also Douglas (Mary Anne).
