It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Zimmer (Selkirk, Manitoba), who passed away on August 31, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alfred Zimmer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Alma (Bauer); and his siblings, Emil, Joe, Elizabeth, Martha, Margaret, Bertha and Anne.
He is survived by: his sister Alma Zamzow; his sister-in-law Pearl Weir (Bauer); his children, Marion Olafson (Gordon), Janet Johnson (Fred), Ron Zimmer (Jeanne), Don Zimmer (Elaine) and Bruce Zimmer (Laurie); his grandchildren, Krishanda, Arianna, Earl, Scott, Cameron, Travis and Pam; and his great grandchildren, Yoenne, Isis, Janey, Braiden and Alexis. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews will always remember Dad as a favourite uncle.
