He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Paul and Victoria Paul; his siblings, Lawrence, Lloyd (Bud), Annette, Nellie and Lillian; his nephews, Douglas (Timmy) and Colin; and his niece Wilma.

He is survived by: his wife Germaine Carrier; his children, Jason Paul of Brandon, MB and Germaine Paul of Kamsack, SK; and his close friend Donna Young of Roblin, MB.
