It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Morgan Anita-Marie DeBaets (Sainte Rose du Lac, Manitoba), who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 19, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Michelle DeBaets and Lionel DeBaets; her sister Cassandra (Cassie); her grandparents, Harvey, Linda Bassett, Anita DeBaets and Frank Janzen; her aunts, Darlene Momotiuk (Gary), Sheila DeBaets (Menno) and Cathy Thiessen (Bill); her uncle Jim Bird; her cousins, Nicole Thacker (Daniel), Hannah and Brodyn Momotiuk; and her caregivers, Crystal Hominiuk and Angela Kotyk.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a trust account at the Gilbert Plains branch of Fusion Credit Union for the children's music therapy program at the children's hospital.
