Kate McKay Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2025, at the age of 86, Kate McKay (Sainte Rose du Lac, Manitoba) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James and Mary; and her siblings, Gayle, Grace, Melba, Jim and Lyle.

She is survived by: her husband Vern McKay; her children, Shannon (Harold), Jim (Julie-Ann) and Leanne (Morley); her grandchildren, Geoff, Joey, Kylie and Kristina; her great grandchildren, Meika and Jayda; and her siblings, Joyce, Joan, Carolynn (Orest), Glenda and Gerald (Darlene). She is also survived by her parents and ten brothers and sisters.

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to an Humane Society of One's Choice.
