He is survived by: his wife Linda (Martindale); his daughters, Michelle DeBaets (Lionel) and Darlene Momotiuk (Gary); his grandchildren, Cassie DeBaets, Nicole Thacker (Daniel), Hannah Momotiuk and Brodyn Momotiuk; and his great grandchild Evalie Thacker.
