We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2021, at the age of 86, Annie Chudyk (Sainte Rose du Lac, Manitoba) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Franko and Annie Franko; her husband Fred; and her brothers, Frank, Steve, Paul and Pete.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vivian (Raymond), Audrey (Floyd) and Cynthia (Mike); her grandchildren, Nicole (Simon), Carla (Joey), Joey, Shane (Nichole), Hailey, Allie and Mikaila; and her great grandchildren, Ember and Felix.
In lieu of flowers, donations in the memory of Annie Chudyk can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, CNIB, Diabetes Canada or a charity of ones choice.
