He was predeceased by: his parents, Antoine Chaput and Therese Chaput; and his brother Emile (Sharon). He is survived by: his children, Mona (Jean), Marc (Rose) and Luc (Bobbie-Jo); his grandchildren, Lakeishah, Breanne, Ashley, Rachel, Aalyah, Isabella and Conner; and his siblings, Faye, Gilbert (Della), Albert (Lina), Michel (Monique), Janine (Gilbert), Patrick (Ruby) and Georges. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
