He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Valentine Kauk and Caroline Kauk; his siblings, Edgar, Carl, Arnold, Clifford, Ernest, Ronald, Violet Pawliuk (Victor), Jean Fatteicher (Harold), Hilda Hamil (Jim) and Hedy Petersen; his father-in-law Edward Liske; his wife Darlene; his sister Julia Vipond; his brothers-in-law, Ben Petersen and Richard Liske (Gwen); and his mother-in-law Hanna Liske.
