She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Nernberg and Lydia Nernberg; her husband Oswald; her sons, Donnie and Ronnie; her daughter-in-law Deb Edel; her great grandchild Nicholas; her brothers, Herbert and Dennis; her brothers-in-law, Lawrence Doering, Neil Gow, James Tokar, Paul Marshall, Edwin Edel, Hank Kluin and Harold Kroll; her sisters, Lorna Marshall, Marlene Fuhr and Marion Tokar; and her sisters-in-law, Geraldine Edel and Eleanor Kluin.

She is survived by: her sons, Mel and Greg (Jackie); her daughters-in-law, Penny Edel and Marilyn Edel; her daughters, Diane Paczkoski (Lyle), Arlene Shipalesky (Ken) and Sandra White (Colin); her siblings, Ken Nernberg (Ginny), Cliff Nernberg (Alexa), Doreen Doering and Elsie Gow; and her siblings-in-law, Hertha Nernberg, Wilma Kroll and John Fur. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
