Merle Irene McCracken Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Merle Irene McCracken (Rivers, Manitoba), born in Indian Head, Saskatchewan, who passed away on December 29, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Fred (Helen Erlenbeck); her parents-in-law, Lorne, Merle McCracken and Kelly Hooper; her son-in-law Kelly Hooper; and her siblings-in-law, Alex James, George Barnett, Gary Erickson, Bill McCracken and Doris James.

She is survived by: her husband Don McCracken; her children, Karen Hooper, Wayne McCracken (Denise), Judy Heeney and Kim McCracken; her sister Elaine Resler (Stan); and her sisters-in-law, Avis Barnett, Helen Erickson and Janice McCracken. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
