He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Phillips; his children, Jeff (Crystal), Leann, Ian (Heather) and David (Ali); his stepchildren, Regan (Geoff), Tara (Khuram) and Damien; his grandchildren, Kiernan, Skylar, Lawrence, Jessica, Damion, Alisha, Annalea, Hailey, Ellora, Alex, Hannah, Zach, Abby, Reese, Lilah and Lily; his great grandchildren, Dominic and Lina; his mother Laura Murray; his sister Aileen Knoll (Fred); his nephew Michael (Stacey); his niece Tara; and his pet Gucci.
