He was predeceased by: his parents, George Klassen and Anna Klassen; and his siblings, Dietrich, Anne, George and Katherine.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; and his children, Sandra (Randy), Linda (Florin), Bob (Susan), Sher (Eric) and Tracy (Dave). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 14. 5 great-grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
