He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Jason Smith (Shelley), Sarah Smith (Joe) and Karen Smith (Graham); his grandchildren, Blake, Kailley, Carleigh, Michael and Stephanie; and his great grandchild Heidi. He is also survived by his family and friends.
