He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd and Augusta; and his nephew Adam. He is survived by: his great-nephews, Shane and Brett (Jayla); his grandchildren, Finn and Jory; his brothers, Cliff (Pat) and Bill (Sherri); his siblings-in-law, Caroline (Russell), Don (Audrey), Audrey (Rae), Irene (Ron), Maxine (Wayne), Leonard (Bonnie) and Cheryl (Jim); his wife Pauline Zdan; and also Pauline. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins, and friends.
