It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Russell Jeffery (Portage la Prairie, Manitoba), who passed away on March 15, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Jeffery and William Cecil Jeffery; his brother Tom Jeffery; his niece Janice Young; his parents-in-law, George and Maria Martin; his brother-in-law John Martin; his brother William; and his sister-in-law Gloria Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Lila Jeffery of Portage; his daughter Sheila Bueckert (Simon) of Portage; and his granddaughters, Alicia of Portage and Kiersten Burkart (Jordan) of Winnipeg.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made in honour of Peter to Redeemer Lutheran Church, 20-12th St. N.W. Portage la Prairie, MB. R1N 2S6.
