He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Blaylock and Harry Blaylock; his brother Robert; and his in-laws, William and Leona Carson.

He is survived by: his wife Audrey Carson; his daughters, Sheri Blaylock of Portage and Lori Blaylock of Cochrane, AB; his grandson Aidan Wilson (Lily Keays) of Edmonton, AB.; his brother Lorne Blaylock (Patricia) of Swan River; his son Calvin Blaylock of Stony Plain, AB; his sister-in-law Esther Blaylock of Vernon, BC; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
