He is survived by: his parents, Kelly and Brenda; his children, Treyton and Lainey; his brother Cory (Sabrina); his nephew Kris Ethan (Brooke); his niece Brooklyn; his great-niece Brielle; his grandmother Bertha; his aunts and uncles, Heather (Dan), Michelle, Susan (Jamie), Sally (Marv), Andrea, Nancy (Gordy), Carol (Harold), Rory (Bev) and Monte (Maureen); his cousins, Lisa, Teri, Maddy and Brekkyn; and his close friend James Fries. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
