She was predeceased by: her husband John Polmark of Portage; and her parents, Alex McCombie and Kathleen McCombie. She is survived by: her daughter Ardell Polmark; her grandchildren, Kyra and Kyle Ettinger; her son Bill; her grandsons, Brian and Jeffery; and her great grandchildren, Oliva and Anthony. She is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
