It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Jocelyn Russell (Portage la Prairie, Manitoba), who passed away at the age of 87, on November 30, 2020. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Stanley George and Marjorie Palmer Jocelyn (Proudley); her siblings, John Palmer (Barbara) of Portage and Celia Hacker (Peter) of Australia; her nieces and nephews, Sarah Mueller (Jason), Jane Palmer Agler (John), Richard Hacker (Sarah) and Ian Hacker (Lou); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe, Maddie, London, Zara, Alex, Ryder and James. She was also cherished by extended family and friends.

Unfortunately Pandemic restrictions and her rapidly deteriorating health prevented her from enjoying this to the fullest.
