It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jane Allison Holod (Portage la Prairie, Manitoba), who passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Garland and Allison Garland; her siblings, Patrick Garland (Linda) and Mary Ann Owens (Gerry); her parents-in-law, George and Catherine Holod; and her in-laws, Kas Holod, Carol Bell (Jim) and Reg Holod (Bonnie).

She is survived by: her husband Melvin Holod; her sister Sally Balabuch (Reg); her daughter Catherine Dengate (Randy); her grandson Jeffrey Spriggs (Stacey); her great grandchildren, Clark and Noelle; her grandchild Beverley Gushulak (Steve); her great grandchildren, Andy, Theo, Christopher Spriggs (Erin), Zoey, Nicholas and Allison Mac Intyre (Brydyn); her son James Holod (Carol); her grandchildren, Janelle Holod (Bryan) and Adam Holod (Morgan); her siblings-in-law, Bernard, Randy Holod, Brenda Campbell (Chuck) and Glenda Holod; and her daughter Cathy.
