It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Barker (Portage la Prairie, Manitoba), born in Glenboro, Manitoba, who passed away on March 29, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" and May Barker; his sister Blanche Sutherland; his brother-in-law Milton Sutherland; and his parents-in-law, Lorne and Sylvia Witherspoon.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff and Trevor (Rita); his grandchildren, Breanna (Tobian) and Tyler; his pet Buddy; and his wife Cheryl Witherspoon. He is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, extended family members and friends.
