He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia; his grandson Declan; his parents, Alfred Blagden and Daisy Blagden; and his brother Neil.
He is survived by: his children, Donald Blagden (Crystal) of Alberta, Rhonda Blagden of Gillam, Grant Blagden (Carolyn) of St. Claude, David Milligan (Cindy) of Portage and Roberta Rosen (Guido) of Shilo; and his grandchildren, Derek, Victoria, Brandy, Mykle, Tara, Savanna, Jordan, Alex, Tianna, Carlie, Shyan and Donald Jr.. He is also survived by great-great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel (56 Royal Rd S, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N1T6). A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rossendale Cemetery (52500 MB-242, Rossendale, MB R0H1C0).
