He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Simcoe Holm (Randy) and Kenny Holm; his siblings, Kalen and Kylie; his grandmother Janette Holm; his aunts and uncles, Mike (Kathy Simcoe), Scott (Margaret Simcoe), Tim (Susan Simcoe), Bob (Barb Holm), Brian Holm and Miwa Holm; his cousins, Aaron (Bethany), Renee Simcoe, Thomas, Sarah Orchard, Huxley, Lindy Simcoe, Brittany (Aaron), Cameron, Nikki, Jeff, Jessica, Ryle and Dean Holm; and his close friend Carter.
