She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Slack and Melba Slack. She is survived by: her brothers, Lawrence Slack (Linda) and Kenneth Slack (Ricki); her niece Shannon Matthews (Kory); her great-niece Katelyn Matthews; and her great-nephew Joshua Matthews.
