With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas William McInnes (Portage la Prairie, Manitoba), born in Sioux Lookout, Ontario, who passed away on September 20, 2022 at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Bernice Maxwell; his parents, Peggy McInnes and William McInnes; his sisters, Bella Pernarowski and Kathy Black; and his sister-in-law Doris McInnes.

He is survived by: his children, Debbie (Ken), Patty (Brad), Danny (Edie) and David (Valerie); his stepchildren, Roxy and Robbie (Joni); and his siblings, Peter, John McInnes (Judy) and Margaret Ann Walker.

Covid hit just in time to knock Dad down just a little more.
