Dorothy Rae Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Rae (Portage la Prairie, Manitoba), born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on June 12, 2020 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Staples and Anna Staples; her siblings, Rita Priestley, Harold Staples and George Staples; her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Armishaw (Keith) and Myrtle Thomson (Jack); and her significant other Jack Rae.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn, Bill, Betty Weir (Ron) and Diane Coull (Derek); her grandchildren, Heather Rae, Brad Denbow (Jessica) and Joey McNabb; and her brother Roy Staples (Loret). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
