She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gladys, Donna, Geraldine, Harry, Lawrance, Pete, Mervin and Harvey Jr.; her nephews, Allen Peters and Nick Kequahtooway; and her parents, Harvey Sr. Peters and Laura Peters.
She is survived by: her children, Darrin (Cheryl), Bernie (Ashley) and Kelly Meeches; her sisters, Linda (Eric), Doreen (Al), Peggy, Pauline and Judy; her close friends, Phyllis Myran and Barbara Longclaws; and also, Thelma and Louise. She is also survived by son/nephew), 16 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and one great- great- grandchild.
A wake was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Long Plain Spirit Lodge. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
