He is survived by: his children, David (Laurie), Dan (Alice) and Patricia Perchak (Randy); his grandchildren, Cody Perchak (Lindsey), Krystyna Domes, David Domes (Sarah), Megan Halmrast (Moe LaRoche), Rebecca Mathieu (Shawn Mathieu), Karl Domes (Samuel Cawkell), Alexandra Halmrast, Daniel Domes and Tyler Halmrast (Kristy Dugray); and his great grandchildren, Sasha McLeod Mathieu, Andy Halmrast, Darius LaRoche, Raeanne LaRoche, Peyton Perchak, Hyde Mathieu and Grace Domes.
