She was predeceased by: her husbands, Maurice Van Damme and Roy Gustafson; her son Ed Van Damme; her parents, Abraham Wiens and Maria Wiens; and her siblings, Agnes Mather (Jim), Mary Clark (Nels), Christine Toews, Henry (Pat), Abe (May), Jake Peter (Erica), Dave, John, Isaac (Emily) and Bill.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Anne McLaughlin (Neil) of Kanata, ON, Don Van Damme (Shelley) of Nanoose, B. C., Roy Van Damme (Myrna) of Fort St, Hazel Van Damme of Winnipeg and Doug Van Damme (Valerie) of Laurier, MB; her daughter-in-law Carol Van Damme of Belmont; her grandchildren, Sheldon McLaughlin (Annabel), Sophia, Fraser, Shona Thomas (Craig), Claire, William, Crystal Ashby (Jarrod), Tyson, Jordyn, Carla Van Damme, Cindy Kominek (Artur), Oliver and Jessica; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Van Damme (Allysa), Trevor Van Damme, Andrew Van Damme (Audra), Claire, Michael Van Damme (Caroline), Mark, Connor, Vicky Temple (Andy), Annabelle, Atticus, Kelly Evans (Kent), Jordan, Natalie Balko (Oleksa) and Miriam Van Damme.
