He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis and Susan; his siblings, Peter, John Francis, Bernard, Hugh, Robert, James, Henry, Joseph, Margaret, Catherine and Susan; his wife Catherine; and his son Martin.

He is survived by: his children, Joseph (Lorraine), John, Danielle, Colin, Colette and Bernadette; his grandchildren, Dustin (Pam), Alanna, Liam, Brenna (Shawn), Alisha, Brendan, Shaun (Samantha), Jennifer (Matt) and Erin (James); his great grandchildren, Kristine, Seth, Tyra, Lelynd, Kohan, Dylan, Emily, Lily, Damon, Marcus, Isaac and Sebastian; and also Layla.

A prayer was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the St. Annes Roman Catholic Church (500 Edith Ave, Petersfield, MB R0C2L0). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the St Annes.
