She was predeceased by: her husband George; her granddaughter Melanie; and her son-in-law David. She is survived by: her children, Margaret and George (Irene); her grandchildren, Jeremy (Kim), Jordan (Nichole), Bonnie (Andrew) and Jonathan (Caroline); and her great grandchildren, Liam, Leighton, Marsali, De L'islay, Elizabeth, Charlotte, Rory and Mya.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Margaret's memory to "The Big Red Church" (Gordon-King Memorial United Church).
