He is survived by: his wife Heather; his sons, Cooper (Tara) and Jason (Joni); his stepchildren, Michael Smalby and Lori Smalby (Shawn); his grandchildren, Dale, Daniel, McKenna and Hayley; his brother Harold (Judy); and his sister-in-law Mary Burnell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
