He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Zurbriggen and Helen Zurbriggen of Elgin, Iowa.; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his wife Becky (Cann); his children, Heidi (Brian Neufeld) and Tim (Jasmine); his grandchildren, Zackery, Ella, Zoé and Annabelle; and his brother Tom.

A memorial service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Oakbank Baptist Church.
