He is survived by: his partner Beverley Cooke; his children, Patrik (Kathy), Christopher and Robyn (Jeff); his grandchildren, Roan, Fenn and Elis; his sisters, Sharon, Barbara (Allan) and Laurel (Lyle); and his close friends, Garry and Lynne Steiner.
