With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Charles Powell of Oak Bluff, Manitoba, born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on December 9, 2021 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Powell and Winnifred Powell; his sister Freddie Turnbull; and his brothers-in-law, Gordon Turnbull and Jim Ellison.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Chris (Cathy) and Kathy (Steve); his sisters-in-law, Lily and Lois (Vic); and his grandchildren, Liam, Kaylee, Meredith and Russell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated for the Rehabilitation Centre for Children or the Manitoba Cancer society.
